DMprime is a service that allows businesses to combine Direct Mail with the Google display ad network. For this promotion, a brand identity was established for the service, which reflected the technology. Pre-launch, a series of direct mail pieces were sent to potential customers, including one that featured an infographic outlining the power of multichannel marketing. Additionally, a teaser email campaign was sent out to existing customers, enticing them to join an early announcement list and be the first to get in on the product. Response rate to this campaign was about 25% among existing customers.
